Kits PAC Communications
Kits PAC e-news | e-news archives |
If your email was on the Kits PAC e-news list the previous academic year, you do not need to submit the information again.
To subscribe: To receive the PAC email news bulletin, send the following paragraph to kitspac@hotmail.com:
"I give permission for my email to be provided to the Kitsilano PAC for the purpose of receiving email news bulletins and other communications from Kitsilano PAC. My email address is...".
To unsubscribe: If you are on the PAC e-news list and would like to be removed, email kitspac@hotmail.com with "Remove from PAC e-news" in the subject.
The PAC e-news is separate from the weekly email bulletin that is sent out by the school, and each organization keeps its own email address list.
Dial-A-Demon |
Consent Form (PDF) |
Each year, the Parent Advisory Council publishes a student phone book (called the Dial-A-Demon) that lists the name and home phone number(s) of students attending Kitsilano Secondary School. This is a handy source for parents to contact those families whose numbers they might not have. Teens find the phone book useful for getting in touch with other students when doing a class group project.
Kits PAC sells the directory to students and their families at PAC and other school meetings and events. There are usually two printings per school year.
Before the school will release this information to Kits PAC, it must obtain the consent of the student's parent(s) or guardian. Either parent can consent. To document your consent, Kitsilano School and the PAC ask that you print a CONSENT FORM (PDF format).
Once you’ve completed and signed the form, please return it to the school by one of the following methods:
- Drop the form off at the school office (or have your child drop it off).
- Bring the form to a PAC meeting.
- Fax 604-713-8960. Attention: Kits PAC
- Mail it to Kitsilano Secondary School, 2550 W 10th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6K 2J6. Attention: Kits PAC
- Scan and attach it to an email to kitspac@hotmail.com
Please note: If your student's contact information is in the previous Dial-A-Demon, you do not need to submit another form. Your permission is good for the five years your student attends the school.
