Note: re the above Apr. 7, 2009 PAC notice - there was agreement at the Feb. 26 PAC meeting that information about the PAC survey, presented at the Feb. 26 PAC meeting, be included with the PAC survey in the Kitsilano Facilitator's Report (CitySpaces consultant's report), which was thought to be still in draft form.
The above Apr. 7, 2009 PAC notice distributes the PAC survey in the Kitsilano Facilitator's Report without the agreed to information about the PAC survey. or notice that further information would follow.
Re the Feb. 26 PAC meeting, one piece of further information was the different teachers result on a key survey issue.
The conclusion after debate at that meeting was that:
- it was not appropriate to note the different teachers result in the PAC Summary for the meeting with the Premier
- that the teacher difference was not to be dismissed, that it, together with the the other information presented,
be included with the PAC survey in the Kitsilano Facilitator's Report (CitySpaces consultant's report),
which was thought to be still in draft form.
